Technology will play a major role in reshaping the industry. The traditional way of booking chauffeur services is evolving, and we’ll continue to see new developments that make the process more
seamless, innovative, and client-focused.

What’s the first thing you want clients to feel when they step into one of your vehicles?

Peace of mind. We want clients to feel completely at ease, knowing that every detail has been taken care of. Beyond that, they should feel honored, valued, and genuinely welcomed.

Can you share a memorable or unique trip you’ve provided for a client?

One unforgettable trip was in 2023, when we transported band members from Franklin, TN, to Nissan Stadium. Delivering them through private entrances and high-level security directly under the stadium was a rare opportunity. It was a behind-the-scenes experience that few ever get to see, and I felt fortunate to be trusted with that responsibility.

How do you ensure every ride meets your high standards of service?

It begins with the chauffeur—their professionalism, appearance, and the cleanliness of the vehicle. We hold strict standards on the make, model, and year of vehicles in our fleet. By aligning both chauffeurs
and vehicles with our expectations, we ensure every ride is seamless, consistent, and reflective of our brand.

What’s your approach to handling last-minute or urgent bookings?

Our approach is simple: get it done. No matter the circumstances, we do whatever it takes to make sure the client is taken care of.

How do you customize your service for VIP and corporate clients?

We tailor our service by asking the right questions upfront. The more insight we gain from our VIP and corporate clients, the easier it becomes to anticipate their needs and deliver exactly what they expect
and deserve.

Which vehicle in your fleet is your personal favorite, and why?

Our Jet Sprinter is my personal favorite. Its unique features and versatility make it unlike anything else on the market. It’s our premier vehicle, best suited for VIPs and high-touch experiences where every
detail matters.

How do you decide which new vehicles or features to add to your fleet?

We base our decisions on client feedback. Listening to our clients allows us to evolve the fleet with vehicles and features that meet their expectations and enhance their experience.

Do you see more demand for airport transfers, hourly service, or event transportation?

Hourly service and event transportation are our core business. Unlike most chauffeur companies, which primarily focus on airport transfers, our clients rely on us more for high-end hourly service and special
events.

For someone visiting Nashville, what’s one hidden gem you’d recommend?

Leipers Fork. It’s a unique country town that offers charm, character, and a side of Tennessee that many visitors don’t get to experience.

Luxury travel is when a client steps into a vehicle and doesn’t have to worry about driving, planning, or logistics. It’s about creating a high-touch experience where every detail is handled, so the client can
simply enjoy the journey.

If you weren’t running STS Nashville, what would you be doing instead?

I would be building another company—likely tech-focused—but still within the chauffeur industry.
